COURSE AGREEMENT

This Course Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the undersigned attendee ("Participant") and ORPP Canada ("Provider"), in connection with participation in an online course or access to digital resources provided by ORPP Canada.

By signing this Agreement, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All course content, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, worksheets, presentations, recordings, and supplementary materials ("Course Materials"), is the exclusive property of ORPP Canada and is protected under Canadian and international copyright laws.

• The Participant is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Course Materials for personal educational purposes only.

• The Participant shall not reproduce, distribute, share, modify, sell, or use any Course Materials for commercial purposes or allow others to access the materials.

• Any unauthorized use or distribution of Course Materials will be considered a violation of this agreement and may result in legal action.

2. Registration & Refund Policy

• All course registrations are final.

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to missed sessions, technical issues on the Participant's side, or dissatisfaction with course content.

• By registering for the course, the Participant agrees to this no-refund policy.

3. Participant Responsibility

• The Participant is responsible for ensuring access to a reliable internet connection and necessary devices to attend and participate in the course.

• The Participant agrees to act respectfully and ethically within the course environment and understands that disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund.

4. Acknowledgment & Consent

By completing registration, the Participant acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Course Agreement.
